Refund/Return Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made through imashleyjae.com, therapytheoriginalway.com, or any affiliated sites owned by the brand.
At THERAPY: The Original Way, we take pride in the quality and cellular integrity of our botanical blends, cleanse kits, and seasonings. Because our products are handcrafted in small batches and are intended for human consumption, we must adhere to strict safety protocols.
1. Returns of Ingestible Products
Due to the nature of our products (herbal cleanses, botanical teas, and food seasonings), we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened or unopened consumable items. To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety, we cannot verify the storage conditions of products once they have left our facility.
2. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered the fulfillment or shipping process (specifically for our March 25th launch), we are unable to cancel the order or issue a refund.
3. Damaged or Missing Items
We pack every order with extreme care to ensure it is secure. However, The Original THERAPY is not liable for damages caused by shipping carriers or delivery drivers.
If your order arrives with broken glass or compromised seals:
You must contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide your Order Number and clear photographs of the damaged shipping box and the product.
Resolution: While we are not responsible for carrier mishandling, we review these instances on a case-by-case basis. We may assist you in providing the documentation needed for you to file a claim with the carrier (USPS/UPS).
4. Shipping & Delivery
Launch Shipping: All launch orders are scheduled to ship on March 25th.
Carrier Responsibility: Once a package is handed to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to the customer.
Incorrect Addresses: We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your details at checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages: If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly to open a claim. We do not issue refunds for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
5. Results & Expectations
Every body is unique. Results may vary based on individual lifestyle, diet, and consistency. We do not offer refunds based on a lack of "perceived results" or personal flavor preference.
