"When I first started Therapy I wasn’t fully sure if I was strong enough mentally or spiritually prepared to follow through, what I have learned on my own personal journey is that with god, his presence and including him in our plans anything is possible. After completing Therapy I felt honestly renewed in many ways, especially with being able to release physical weight and emotional stress, to chemical imbalances. "While doing the THERAPY Cleanse, I really benefited from the encouragement and community as the ladies and I who embarked on the cleanse together encouraged each other and shared helpful tips. I truly appreciated having a sense of community and it was nice to have people who were going through the cleanse at the same time as I was. The process was much more gentle than other cleanses. I have tried in the past and adding in the spiritual elements of meditation and really focusing on full body health and being purposeful with my intentions for the day and energy while allowing myself to give my body some rest and not push myself while going through the cleanse was very helpful. It’s amazing after literally and spiritually purging through the cleansing process. How light I felt.
